Good product, January 25, 2011 By Vivian (San Diego, CA) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Britax Adapter Strap Kit, Black (Baby Product) I bought this because I have a Graco Snugride 32 car seat and recently purchased a Peg Perego P3 stroller. The infant carrier doesn't "snap" into the stroller and I was concerned about safety. Anytime I had to go up or down a hill or curb, I felt like the carseat was going to fall out with my baby in it.
These straps worked like a charm. I simply attached them to the stroller and when I put the infant seat in, I just snap the belt like I would a seat belt. Now the carrier is secure even if I'm going up or down hill - I dont feel like my baby is going to fall out of the stroller. I'm so glad I purchased it!!

Alternative to Phil & Teds car seat adapter kit, June 27, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Britax Adapter Strap Kit, Black (Baby Product) I was pretty skeptical when someone recommended this as an alternative to the expensive Phil & Teds car seat adapter kit, but it actually works! I am sure this would not be recommended by the manufacturer as they wouldn't want to be liable, but I feel pretty comfortable using this as a safe alternative for my baby.
Here's how we installed our Graco car seat: First take the Britax straps and connect them onto the plastic hooks found behind the padding of the main stroller seat (You might need to use key rings or carabiner to connect them). Then place your car seat in the stroller and rest it on the bumper (it fits right on the bumper, but doesn't snap in place or anything). Then hook the straps together and tighten where the seat belt would go. Just be careful when installing, make sure your baby is safe and secure and that the car seat is secure, and also make sure that the car seat is level.
