Finally, a double stroller that works!, January 8, 2007 By Kathi (Clifton Park, NY) - See all my reviews This review is from: Mountain Buggy Plus One Storm Cover (Baby Product) OK, I have to admit, when I first saw this stroller in double mode, with a child down below behind the main seat, I did think it was a strange seating arrangement. What child would want to be down below like that? Then I read rave reviews from parents and saw it in action and decided to take my two girls to the store for a test ride. Wow, is it a smooth ride (what do you expect from those air tires) and a breeze to push! It folds down easily and compactly for a stroller with 3 air tires, fits nicely in the trunk of any car and double seat slides off easily with the push of two little buttons. The tires can also be easily removed if needed.
This stroller is just what I needed, a double that doesn't act like a big bulky double! I absolutely love it, and I love the apple green color, too, no more boring black or navy :-). I have to say, some of the features aren't necessarily the most high-tech (for example the way to recline is to undo various buckles and zippers) but... Read more

Our first is almost 2 1/2 and I was really looking for a double stroller that wasn't too heavy, was able to actually go into the aisles of most stores, and would also allow my kids to both fall asleep in it if needed for those all day excursions to amusement parks, etc. This stroller definitely meets those requirements. It's light enough that at 7 1/2 months pregnant, I can easily lift it into my car by myself, and it doesn't take up any more room in the car than my current single stroller. I love the way it looks, and even with two kids in it (my nephew has been the second child several times) it seems easier to push than my single Graco stroller. I can easily steer it with one hand when needed. I love that it can be used with an infant and toddler and then later with two toddlers (many double strollers cannot be used until your... Read more

You will NOT be disappointed! Look at it as an investment, and BUY IT! We love ours and our 2-year-old requests to sit in the back seat, rather than the front. I did a lot of research on double strollers, even tried several, and I am so elated that we went with the Phil and Ted's. FANTASTIC, I cannot rave enough!
