We love it. Our daughters love it too. I have a 2 year old and a 6 month old, and the 2 year old sits up front and the 6 month old is in the back. When the baby was little, we would lay the front seat all the way back and have her just lay down, and then we would put the back seat up front for our 2 year old to sit in. It worked PERFECTLY for an infant. At 3 months we put our younger daughter in the back seat. She still has plenty of room back there. Even our 2 year old fits comfortably in the back. And unlike what the other reviewer said, this IS a lightweight stroller... it's lightweight for a double stroller. I am 5'2" 106 lbs, and I can lift it easily. At first we bought a Mountain Buggy, and I literally couldn't lift it at all. Then we bought this, and it was just as light as our single graco stroller. This is a WONDERFUL stroller and I get tons and tons of compliments on it where ever I go.

It is heavy, very heavy, comparing to sport, at least. It is also very hard to maneuver, I have to use both hands all the time. It is also bigger then sport. Materials and construction feels very cheap. The back seat no longer reclines, so you have to wait till at least 5-6 months to put your baby into back seat. In newborn/toddler configuration the space for newborn is so limited that my 7lb girl was barely fitting in with her feet kicking into toddlers seat. Now at two months, we are back to bugaboo+toddler board (which works surprisingly great), but i am still planning on going back to Explorer at 5 months.
The concept is great, the customer service is great (you just need to get the right person).

(VA, USA) - See all my reviews This review is from: Phil and Teds Explorer With FREE Doubles Kit in Navy (Baby Product) I could not be more disappointed with this stroller. The design is great, but the quality is very poor and the company's warranty service is very slow. We experienced the following defects, all within the first year of ownership:
- Broken buckle
- Defective wheel axle locking mechanism
- Broken brake assembly (sheared rivet that made the brake non-functional)
Each defect required a replacement part to be shipped to us, and because it was under warranty, it was free of charge. Customer service was great, and it was easy to process the claim. However, there were severe delays in the arrival of replacement parts. One item shipped pretty quickly, one item took three weeks, and one item took two months to ship (the company cited problems with their warehouse as the cause of the delay). Because I bough this 'lemon' from a retailer and not Phil&Teds, they won't give me a refund. Anyone that needs a double stroller can ill afford to go over two months without... Read more
