I love the idea of this stroller and I REALLY want to love it. However, we've only had ours for five months, and already two of the wheels have warped and bent. The good news is, the company was happy to replace the wheels for us. However, I'm on pins and needles waiting for the third wheel to bend too! We've only used this stroller to walk on sidewalks and through the mall. I can't imagine the wheels bent due to customer abuse. I believe it may be a faulty product. Once the wheels bend (for no apparent reason) the tire and inner tube bulges out making the stroller unusable. Makes me sad to say this, because it would be the perfect double stroller if not for this issue!

Right away the stroller was hard for me & my husband to open when it was closed. I could never do it which resulted in me barely using it. So after almost a year i decided to start walking again. The 1st time i used it in months I noticed the handle bar was lower on one side & loose/pulling down while I was pushing it. I thought it wasn't opened properly so i collapsed it most of the way and opened it again. The whole side of the stroller was not clicking in properly, the handlebar was stuck & basically my stroller is unsafe to use. Also, I noticed one of my wheel tubes popping out like previous reviewers have stated. I wish I had listened to the bad reviews & just bought a cheap single all-terain stroller until number 2 came along & then bought a real double stroller. At least P & T has good customer service & is sending me replacement parts. Hopefully it will fix the problems.

The rims are defective. The concept of this stroller is great (in-line), however, the wheels/rims are extremely poor quality. I have gone through 3 wheels/rims and the same thing keeps happening, the inner tube keeps popping out. I have never been able to use this stroller and am still waiting on a refund. I bought it one year ago!
