Disappointed!, September 19, 2011 This review is from: phil&teds Vibe2 Stroller, Black/Red (Baby Product) I was so excited to receive this stroller, however when I opened the package I was suprised to find that the back wheels were missing. I wasn't worried, because I figured that Phil & Teds could quickly send me the wheels. I ordered the stroller 2 months before my baby was due and my baby is NOW three months old... the wheels just arrived two days ago!! I repeatedly emailed them about the problem and they were very nice and quick to respond, but all they could do was apologize and ask me to be patient. To be fair they DID mail me one wheel 9 weeks after my initial contact with them, but a stroller won't work with one back wheel!
